Our Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) ROBO Fork 15, was designed to assist companies in providing practical solutions to overcome these challenges. Without the requirement of an operator, the ROBO Fork 15 is a robotic forklift that can manage your tasks autonomously making a 24/7 operation possible. The laser scanners on board the ROBO Fork provides 360 degree continuous protection from obstacles. These scanners will ensure the ROBO Fork is operating at a safe speed and distance from workers and objects.

After detecting an obstacle with the scanner, the forklift will start reducing its speed at approximately 2.5m to the obstacle, and make a stop at approximately 1.2m to the obstacle.

No requirements to build rail tracks or guidance lines for the forklift to travel, changing layout will not be limited.
Guidance on the ROBO Fork is controlled by its onboard mapping system. No physical guidance systems such as induction wires or spots in the ground are required.

Without the requirement of physical wires or spots, the determined travelling course can be easily modified by connecting to the PC. This makes the ROBO Fork flexible to respond to plant layout changes as required.

The ROBO Fork LRF (Laser Range Finder) measures the surrounding environment accurately detecting foreign objects and warehouse personnel working in the area.

To control the forklift, just one PC is required.
One PC can control multiple units.

Only one PC is required to manage multiple ROBO Fork AGVs within the system. The PC interface will allow you to see the real-time status of AGV’s locations and operation. Through this you will be able to fully monitor and control the whole system.

Flexible, compact and versatile

The ROBO Fork is capable of handling standard pallets up to 1.5 tonne. Custom requirements can be arranged as well. The ROBO Fork is smooth and capable of a minimum turning radius of 1.5m allowing it to work in narrow areas. The ROBO Fork self-monitors its battery capacity and can automatically start recharging as required (Automatic recharging is optional).
